List your technology issues related to the recent email and system "upgrades" here. Then we can decide whether we want to address these as a department.

• We would like training in the new software to find out more about features (suggestion from Aug 20 dept meeting)
• Depending on whether a recipient is a new student, returning student, or faculty, you apparently have to send mail to them at either the "umw.edu" OR the "mail.umw.edu" suffix, but they both don't always work, and when you send to the wrong one, it sometimes fails silently (without a bounce.) This is outrageous: if we are to have a "mail.umw.edu" suffix, then any mail to person@mail.umw.edu should go to exactly the same place as person@umw.edu, and vice versa, no matter what category that person falls under (IMO.)
