Major topics in evaluation section

• Navigation -- good
• Adding value to existing attributes is easy
• Choosing between attributes and statements is hard (what conceptual differences do people have here?)
• People are sentence-centric
  • imitating word order of the sentence
    • (sometimes use passive voice to get subject on LHS though)
  • including superfluous words in various boxes
  • don't seem to realize they're building knowledge (they think they're writing weird sentences)
  • autocomplete doesn't necessarily help people "fall into consistency"
• People are likely to create roles when the new role is radically different from existing roles
• Roles are pretty easy on LHS but not RHS
• Undo-ing is natural and easy to use (even without explanation)
• Users want to add units.
