Check Student Status

A. Actor: Student

B. Pre-condition: Student is currently enrolled at UMW and logged into Banner.

C. Sunny Day Scenario: Student is presented with a read-only web-page that details student status:
Heading of data that uniquely identifies the student
Section that details the students chosen curriculum
Section that details earned credit so far
Section that lists the student's current status by category:

holds
academic standing
"student standing"
class for registration purposes

Each section has contact information for the appropriate UMW office that controls
each category of student status and hyperlinks to the
online "student handbook" that describe the details of student status.

D. Rainy Day Scenario:

     Banner is unable to render the status page.  System should have an error page
that displays a list of contact information for the appropriate UMW office
that controls each category of student status and hyperlinks to the
online "student handbook" that describe the details of student status.

B. Post-condition:

     Student knows who to contact in order to find out how to change their 
status in order to register for classes and where to look for details about 
student status.  If the student is eligible to register then the student 
finds out when they can register for classes.
