1. Stephen - finalize who the advisor testers are.
2. Roger - add logons for all advisor testers.
3. Stephen - draft an e-mail to advisees of the advisor testers telling them to enter their schedule info before meeting with their advisors.
4. Jesse - draft a second e-mail to CPSC majors saying, "the system is now ready for you to use, here's the URL."
5. Stephen/Jesse/Roger - train advisor testers.
6. During or immediately after spring break: write the survey.
7. After spring break: decide how to structure the talkback sessions with advisor testers.
