Overall semester plan:

pre-March 9 activities:

• Identify, approach, woo, and train testers (both students and faculty)
• Complete implementation items for beta test.

post-March 9 activities:

• ongoing customer support for testers
• create the DCI
• get dept chairs/reps to test the DCI
• analyze feedback from testers
• write thesis and prepare presentation
• demo to amber and joann

Testers:

1. Target departments (tentative): CPSC, MATH, PSYC, MDFL

what do we want them to do?

   - the faculty to use it when advising
   - a faculty rep (chair?) to use the DCI

1. Students

what do we want students to do?

   - play with it during advising period

in april, we demo to JoAnn and Amber and present a summary of the feedback we got from both groups.
